Nicholas G. Pejic MD
Dr. Pejic is a graduate of Tulane
University and Tulane University School of Medicine. He
completed his adult psychiatry residency at LSU School of
Medicine where he served as chief resident. Currently, he is sub-specializing in mind-body
(psychosomatic) medicine at LSU/University Hospital.
Dr. Pejic approaches psychiatry by treating the whole person,
which may include lifestyle changes (diet, exercise,
job/career, relationships, tobacco/alcohol use) in conjunction
with medication therapy and psychotherapy. He enjoys taking
care of people that suffer from sad moods, worrying too much,
trouble concentrating, low energy, trouble getting or staying
asleep, mood swings, excessive alcohol use, and opiate and
nicotine addiction.

|
Also, Dr. Pejic provides counseling
through relationship and family difficulties. He believes in
providing private and attentive care.
His office is quaint and
conveniently located 3 blocks from St. Charles Avenue in
Uptown New Orleans.
