Erin Thomas is from River Ridge, LA. She attended Archbishop Chapelle High School and UNO. She has worked in the medical field since the age of 17. She was previously employed as the Office Manager at an uptown outpatient surgical facility that practiced interventional pain and orthopedics. She handled everything from the front desk, billing, operating the fluoroscope for pain procedures and assisting physicians when called upon.
Erin joined Atlas Psychiatry in 2015 and serves as an administrative assistant and the TMS Coordinator. She enjoys working with patients and meeting their needs as best she can, thriving on customer service and patient relations.
Erin is happily married and the proud mother of 3 boys. Erin is an officer/website manager/member of the Cefalutana Society (a society organized by immigrants and their descendants of Cefalu, Sicily.) She is a volunteer at Animal Rescue of New Orleans and foster parent to animals in need. She is an avid Saints fan who luckily won tickets to the SuperBowl. She loves cooking, attending concerts/festivals and exploring the city with her family.
Pia Debose is a New Orleans native and graduate of McDonogh 35 High School. She
attended college studying both biology and business. Pia’s love for helping others initially drew her to the hospitality industry before discovering a passion for the healthcare field. She completed an internship at University Hospital and worked under human resources supervisors, nurses, and medical students. She then went on to work at Children’s Hospital and Ochsner Baptist Hospital as a patient services representative in the pediatrics and breast cancer departments.
Pia joined Atlas Psychiatry in 2019 and assists with all clerical and administrative duties. She has a strong passion for caring for others’ needs and enjoys being the first point of contact with new and existing patients.
Pia is a mother of one son and spends her spare time with him, along with volunteering at educational events for children that support careers in STEM. She enjoys family gatherings, horror films, and anything that involves food.
